This beautiful traditional-style Guernsey home needed some care when the owners first purchased it. The existing lean-to extension was leaking, with plastic windows and large frames obstructing the view of Fort Hommet.
We addressed these issues through careful design, along with the time and effort the client invested, which revitalized the home.
The flat roof and lean-to roof arrangement pay homage to the original form, but the new design significantly enhances functionality. It allows for uninterrupted views of Fort Hommet from both the ground-floor living space and the spectacular first-floor terrace.
