This extension features lofty ceilings, automated rooflights, a striking glass spiral staircase, and a unique spiral wine cellar. HOW IT WORKS 
Every project begins with a no-obligation, one-hour consultation. I’ll visit your home or site to discuss your ideas, understand your needs, and offer initial guidance on what’s possible.
Once we move forward, I’ll carry out a detailed survey of your property. This gives me all the accurate measurements I need to start shaping the design around your space.
Using the brief we’ve developed, I’ll create an initial design concept that brings together your goals, the site conditions, and my expertise. This forms the foundation of your project.
To help you visualise the design, I produce a detailed 3D model of your project. This allows us to review layouts, proportions, and the overall feel before moving forward.
Once the concept is agreed, I’ll prepare and submit all documents required for planning permission. I handle the process on your behalf and liaise with planning officers if needed.
With planning approved, I’ll develop the technical drawings needed to secure a building license. This stage ensures your project is ready for construction and fully compliant with local regulations.
Once construction begins, I can act as contract administrator, liaising with the contractor, carrying out site visits, and ensuring the work is progressing in line with the agreed plans and quality standards.
From the first conversation to the final sign-off, I’m your single point of contact throughout the entire process. No handovers, no confusion, just a personal, hands-on approach you can rely on.
